Our feet are our body’s true foundation, and often receive the least amount of attention, care and movement. In this workshop, you will learn simple exercises to improve the strength and mobility of your feet, and examine how our footwear and our overall body alignment may be contributing to underused feet and unhealthy loads at the knee.
