2024 Spring Online Schedule

Unlimited Zoom & On-Demand Spring Online Classes


Our spring online session gives participants unlimited access to 8 movement classes each week and iRest Yoga Nidra once per month live on Zoom until Thursday, June 27 with recorded classes available on demand until Monday, July 1.


You will receive daily email reminders with links, ID numbers and passwords to join us live with Zoom and to view our library of over 300 on-demand classes anytime.


The pro-rated registration fee of $180 + HST for 6 remaining weeks of classes can be made with PayPal here (*if you wish to use a credit card and don't have a PayPal account, you can enter the PayPal portal then select the prompt to pay with a credit or debit card instead).  You may also pay with e-transfer using info@andreasoosyoga.com ($203.40 including HST).


For those paying in full for 13 weeks with 2 instalments of $195 + HST due on April 1 and May 5, please click here to use PayPal/credit or with e-transfer using info@andreasoosyoga.com ($220.35).


Our Online Intro Offer for one week of unlimited classes live on Zoom is available anytime for $25 + HST ($28.25) with PayPal by clicking here or by e-transfer using info@andreasoosyoga.com.

Please note there will be no live Zoom classes on the Victoria Day weekend from Saturday, May 18 to Monday, May 20, and on Canada Day weekend from Saturday, June 29 to Monday, July 1.

Please join us with Zoom 5 minutes before your virtual class to 'meet & greet' and gather props. Each 1 hour class includes time to rest before and after our movement practice. Please have the following props available: yoga mat or pad, blankets or towels, bolsters or pillows, a therapy or tennis ball, a strap or belt, a block or hardcover book, and light & heavier weights for varied loading
