2024 Summer Online Schedule

Unlimited Live & On-Demand Summer Online Classes

Our summer online session give participants unlimited access to 7 movement classes each week live on Zoom for 6 weeks from Tuesday, July 2 to Thursday, August 8 and use of our video library until Monday, September 2.  

You will receive daily email reminders with links, ID numbers & passcodes to join us on Zoom and view over 350 recordings.

The fee of $180 + HST can be make with PayPal/credit here (*if you wish to use a credit card and don't have a PayPal account, you can enter the PayPal portal then select the prompt to pay with a credit or debit card instead). You can also pay with e-transfer using your online banking and our email address: info@andreasoosyoga.com ($203.40 including HST).

Online Intro Offer is also available try one week of unlimited live Zoom classes for $25 + HST ($28.25) by e-transfer using info@andreasoosyoga.com or with PayPal by clicking here.

There will be no live classes on Zoom during the Civic Holiday weekend on Monday, August 5 and during our summer break from Friday, August 9 to Monday, September 2.

Please join us with Zoom 5 minutes before your class to meet & greet and gather props. Each class will include 1 hour of movement, with time to check in before and after. Please have the following props available: yoga mat or pad, blankets or towels, bolsters or pillows, a therapy or tennis ball, a strap or belt, a block or hardcover book, weights of various loads, a resistance band and an eye pillow or wash cloth.
