Everyone has a unique gait pattern, and while we want to maintain our personal flair, we can also consider basic movement needs when it comes to walking optimally. In this 2 hour walking and foot clinic, we’ll step into the biomechanics and elements of a sustainable, healthy gait - like posterior push off, hip extension and ankle movement. We’ll also discuss footwear and foot care, and practice small, simple movements for our feet that can enhance our experience of walking. Come and learn how our overall body alignment may be contributing to underused feet and unhealthy loads at the knee. Let's get walking well this Spring!
