Frustrated with hip & knee pain and wondering how to keep active without making your joints feel worse? Join Joanne, a certified yoga therapist, for an adaptive class designed to help you strengthen and stabilize the muscles in the hip & leg chain and build core stability to place less pressure on the knees while reducing pain levels. In addition to learning how to move optimally, mindfulness and relaxation practices will also be included to help you with pain management. A small class size guarantees individual attention, support and problem-solving for your unique challenges. This class is suitable for those preparing for, recovering from, or trying to avoid joint replacement surgery.
