2025 Winter Online Schedule

Unlimited Live & On-Demand Winter Online Classes

Our winter online session gives participants unlimited access to 7 movement classes each week, iRest Yoga Nidra once per month and a Valentine's Restorative class live on Zoom from Monday, January 6 until Thursday, March 28 with recorded classes available on-demand until April 6.

You will receive daily email reminders with links, ID numbers & passcodes to join us on Zoom and view our library of over 350 on-demand recordings at your leisure.

The fee for 12 weeks of live & recorded classes is $360 + HST and payment can be made with PayPal /credit here (*if you wish to use a credit card and don't have a PayPal account, you can enter the PayPal portal then select the prompt to pay with a credit or debit card instead) or e-transfer using info@andreasoosyoga.com ($406.80 including HST). 

For those paying with 2 instalments of $180 + HST due January 5 and February 9, please click here to use PayPal/credit or submit your payment with e-transfer using info@andreasoosyoga.com ($203.40 including HST).

Our Online Intro Offer for one week of unlimited classes live on Zoom is available anytime for $25 + HST with PayPal/credit here or with e-transfer using info@andreasoosyoga.com ($28.25 including HST).

There will be no live classes on Zoom on Monday, February 17 for Family Day and from Friday, March 29 to Sunday, April 6.  Spring classes begin on Monday, April 7, 2025.

Please join us with Zoom 5 minutes before your class to meet & greet and gather props. Each class includes time to rest before and after our movement practice. Please have the following props available: yoga mat, blankets or towels, bolsters or pillows, a therapy or tennis ball, a strap or belt, a block or hardcover book, weights of various loads, a resistance band and an eye pillow or wash cloth.
