Restorative Exercise encompasses all aspects of movement – frequency, habits, limitations and alignment – and examines how we respond to the various loads and forces we’re constantly receiving and adapting to throughout our lifetime. In this series, we will practice ‘correctives’ or micro-movements to uncover deeply-set tension patterns, strengthen weak areas and help to restore our body to a more natural way of moving. We will also discuss lifestyle changes that can support our movement outdoors and keep our body in a state of regeneration. New students and those with previous experience are welcome – new content is always added!
