2026 Summer Online Schedule

Unlimited Live & On-Demand Summer Online Classes

Our 5-week summer online session gives participants unlimited access to 7 movement classes each week live on Zoom from Monday, July 6 to Thursday, August 6 with recorded classes available on-demand until Monday, September 7.

You will receive daily email reminders with links, ID numbers & passcodes to join us on Zoom and view our library of over 400 on-demand recordings at your leisure.

The fee for 5 weeks of live classes is $150 + HST and payment can be made with PayPal /credit here (*if you wish to use a credit card and don't have a PayPal account, you can enter the PayPal portal then select the prompt to pay with a credit or debit card instead) or e-transfer using info@andreasoosyoga.com ($169.50 including HST). 

Our Online Intro Offer for one week of unlimited classes live on Zoom is available anytime for $25 + HST with PayPal/credit here or with e-transfer using info@andreasoosyoga.com ($28.25 including HST).

There will be no live classes on Zoom on Civic Holiday Monday, August 3 and from August 7 to September 7.  Fall classes begin on Tuesday, September 8.

Please join us with Zoom 5 minutes before your class to meet & greet and gather props. Each class includes time to rest before and after our movement practice. Please have the following props available: yoga mat, blankets or towels, bolsters or pillows, a therapy or tennis ball, a strap or belt, a block or hardcover book, weights of various loads, a resistance band and an eye pillow or wash cloth.
