Ideal for young people living with stress, anxiety, depression and/or other mental health concerns and designed to address the growing number of youth challenged by the increased demands & expectations of high school or post-secondary life. Led by a youth counsellor trained as a yoga instructor, this series will provide teens with the skills to thrive under stress and help them build the inner resources useful for navigating the inevitable transitions, challenges and responsibilities of being a young adult - with courage and resiliency!
