Our body is constantly receiving and adapting to various loads and forces throughout our lifetime. In order to determine how we are responding to these forces, we can put our body on a grid and practice micro movements to help 'restore’ the body and start moving more naturally in our environment. In this series, we will dive deeply into these micro movements, or ‘Correctives’, which are practiced within specific alignment parameters to uncover deeply set tension patterns, strengthen weak spots, and keep your body in a state of regeneration. We will also discuss how you can blend these movements into your daily life!
