Our body is constantly receiving and adapting to various loads and forces throughout our lifetime. In order to determine how we are responding to these forces, we can put our body on a grid and practice micro movements to ‘restore’ anatomical neutral. In this 4-week Restorative Exercise series, we will dive deeply into these movements, or ‘Correctives’, which are practiced within specific alignment parameters to uncover deeply set tension patterns, strengthen weak spots, and keep your body in a state of regeneration. We will also discuss how the Correctives fit within the context of natural movement, and how you can blend these movements into your daily life!
