Intro to BodySensing

BodySensing is a practice of embodiment from iRest Yoga Nidra which invites you to feel, perceive and attend to subtle messages in the body concerning your thoughts, emotions, health and well-being. This experiential class will involve gentle movement and a guided iRest meditation with an inquiry into managing chronic stress & pain by ‘leaning into’ discomfort without reactivity.
