With modern conveniences that take our arms out in front of us like driving, pushing grocery carts & typing on devices, our body is frequently in positions that limit the full expression of the shoulder girdle, arms and hands. Losing our full range of motion not only increases tension in these areas, but also places strain on our heart and lungs. Bring more health and stability to these tissues with movements involving hanging and crawling, along with breathing practices and smaller movements of the hands, head and neck. In addition to some play in the studio, we will also take a trip to the monkey bars at the park. All skill levels welcome!
