Fall - Rhythmic & Developmental Movement

Movement patterns learned by infants serve as building blocks for more complex movements that we use in our recreational and daily activities. Aging, stress and trauma can adversely affect these patterns and result in reduced strength and coordination, increased strain on the nervous system, and the reliance on bracing and compensation to get us through our day. By re-learning these building blocks we can reset our movement patterns and re-train our body to move as a connected and integrated whole.

In this workshop, you will learn easy rhythmic and developmental movements that improve the mind-body connection and support the nervous system. Enjoy the benefits of improved coordination, mental focus and structural organization, and experience how simple exercises can provide a solid foundation for your overall well-being.
