Exploring BodySensing

BodySensing is a practice from the iRest Yoga Nidra protocol that fosters embodiment – the experience of feeling, perceiving and attending to subtle physical messages your body is constantly sending you about your health, emotions, thoughts and well-being.  This experiential workshop will include gentle movement and a complete guided iRest Yoga Nidra practice to help you learn how to open and respond to all sensations, including pain or discomfort, instead of avoiding them with reactivity.
