Yoga for Anxiety 4-Week Series

For those living with chronic stress & anxiety, yoga has been shown to be an effective adjunct to other prescribed therapies, and invites embodiment, or ‘feeling’ the body, which helps to redirect our attention away from narrative loops that can hijack our mind and elicit uncomfortable physical symptoms. This 4-week series will introduce soothing somatic practices, playful task-based movement, restorative poses, mindfulness and iRest Yoga Nidra to relieve tension, calm the nervous system and promote emotional balance. Learn practical skills you can incorporate into your daily life to help you pause, feel your body, and nourish peace of mind.
