2020 Spring Online Schedule


Unlimited Classes until Saturday, June 27


Our spring online session gives participants unlimited access to 8 weekly movement classes and iRest Yoga Nidra every other Friday night with Zoom, including a new recorded class added weekly to our growing Vimeo library to view at your leisure.


You will receive daily email reminders with links, ID numbers and passwords to join us in real time with Zoom.  Each new recorded class will be released on Wednesdays with a link to Vimeo (a library of 10 classes will be available by the end of the session).


The fee for the remaining 4 weeks of unlimited online classes is $80.00 + HST.  To make a payment with PayPal click here (*if you wish to use a credit card and don't have a PayPal account, you can enter the PayPal portal then select the prompt to pay with a credit or debit card instead).  You can also pay with e-transfer using your online banking and our email address: info@andreasoosyoga.com ($90.40 including HST).


Thank you for supporting our yoga community and small business during these challenging times.  Joining us online will help us cover costs until we can reconvene at the studio for in-person classes.

Please note that these fees are equivalent to our regular registration prices less our 10% senior's discount.  Everyone gets senior benefits for unlimited online classes...wow!

Please join us with Zoom 5-10 minutes before your virtual class to 'meet & greet' and get set up (with technology and home props!). Each class will include 1 hour of movement, with time to check in before and after. Please have the following props available: yoga mat or pad, blankets or towels, bolsters or pillows, a therapy or tennis ball, a strap or belt, a block or hardcover book, and an eye pillow or wash cloth.
